Pricing

How pricing is structured

You license one connected suite, sized by what you actually run: rooms, desks and screens. We quote against your resource list, so the structure is below and the figures come in your quote.

The packaging shown is illustrative and subject to confirmation.

Editions

Core

Room and resource scheduling in Outlook and Microsoft 365, with door signs and reporting.

Workplace

Adds desk booking, floor plans, check-in and automatic release, and visitor management.

Enterprise

Adds catering and services, occupancy verification sources, multi-site rules and advanced reporting.

What drives cost

Bookable rooms and resources

Meeting rooms, equipment, vehicles and other shared assets you schedule.

Desks

The desks you make bookable, whether hot-desking or assigned with release.

Signs and displays

Each door sign, desk panel or wayfinding screen connected to the suite.

Hosting and support level

Your hosting region, identity requirements and the support terms you choose.

How licensing works

  • Annual subscription, quoted against your own resource list
  • Modules share one record — adding one never means a second product
  • Users who book are not licensed per seat
  • Hosting location, SSO and data exit terms agreed in writing before rollout
