Background
Sparebanken Vest is a Norwegian savings bank established in 1823, with more than 250,000 customers and 35 branches. It shares its Jonsvoll office building in Bergen with Eiendomsmegler Vest, Brage Finans, Norne Securities and Frende Forsikring.
Challenge
Each company in the building booked meetings its own way, which made rooms, times and groups hard to coordinate. The bank needed a system fast enough to prevent double bookings.
Solution
Sparebanken Vest implemented Resource Central and Digital Sign Client, with 50 iPad mini devices outside meeting rooms for on-the-spot booking and wayfinding.
Result
More than 700 employees across the building make 25,000+ meeting reservations and manage 20,000+ visitors a year.
